1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Tick mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Tick is a health impact calculator that estimates the effect of daily activities on your time expectancy using data from scientific population studies. The app provides AI-powered activity analysis, personalized time impact calculations, daily and monthly tracking, and statistical reports. This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
3. User Accounts
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Tick. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information (birth date, gender, country) and maintaining the security of your account. Users aged 13-17 require parental consent.
4. User Content
Activity logs and health data you enter remain your property. By using the app, you grant Tick a license to process this data for providing calculations and improving the service. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
5. Subscription and Payments
Tick offers free features with limited daily calculations. Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are available via the App Store, providing unlimited calculations, ad-free experience, and detailed reports. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions through your App Store settings.
6. Intellectual Property
Tick and its AI technology, algorithms, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Tick is provided "as is" for entertainment and awareness purposes only. The calculations are based on statistical population data and do not predict individual outcomes. This is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on calculations provided.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the service at our discretion for Terms violations or prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts, except where local consumer protection laws apply.
